Come join The Itsy Bitsy Baby Spa for an educational lecture on Healthy Pregnancy Healthy Baby on Saturday July 19th at 10:00- 11:00am. The lecture will discuss diet, exercise, and other recommendations for expecting mothers to have a healthy pregnancy. In addition, it will discuss how a properly functioning spine and nervous system are an important part of a wellness for both Mother and Baby, benefiting day-to-day health concerns such as ear infections, colic, fussiness and breastfeeding. |

Yogini kids is a fun, creative, approach designed specifically for children whose bodies are still developing. Using poses and basic stretching exercises this program teaches coordination, flexibility, strength, and body awareness. This is accomplished with flowing sequences, breathing exercises, balancing poses and creative relaxation techniques all done in a non-competitive atmosphere. Yogini Kids program also promotes inner-strength, confidence and self-esteem; a feeling of well-being and respect for others; and, love for one's self, inside and out. These benefits are ones they will carry into their everyday lives. The class is offered on Mondays, 4:30pm-5:30pm. |

How would you like to get back your prepregnancy belly and strengthen your core? - Come join us for our new mom & baby Yogalaties class.Enjoy interacting with your baby in this relaxing and energizing environment while learning to stretch and strengthen using movements from you center. With the help of your baby you will activate the core muscles of the abdomen, buttocks and lower back. |

Yoga /Pilates Fusion is a new program designed for post-natal and beyond. This class will not only improve your body posture and increase your muscle tone, but also help to de-clutter and de-stress the mind. The class is offered on Mondays, 7:45pm-8:45pm. |

To better accommodate the schedule of our working mothers, we are now also offering our popular Mommy and Baby Yoga class on Saturdays, 12:00pm-12:45pm. This class will begin on May 3rd. In addition, we will be offering our Baby/Toddler Yoga class for ages 2-4 years on Saturdays at 1:00-1:45pm. We will be adding more weekend classes in hopes to allow more working moms to enjoy our programs. |
